Fee Schedule, 2017:
1. INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION. Our fee for your initial consultation is $150, payable at the time of the consultation. This $150 will be applied to our fees if we are engaged for design services.
2. BILLING INCREMENTS. All billings are calculated in five minute increments in accordance with the charges and rates set forth below.
3. TRAVEL. Travel time is billed portal-to-portal for all consultations.
4. LABOR CHARGES. Labor charges for incidental and miscellaneous work depend upon the skill level of the workers involved and are quoted in advance upon request.
5. HOURLY RATES. Consultation and staff time are billed as follows:
Principal, Senior Interior Designer, $ 150.00 per hour
Principal, Construction Supervision, $ 100.00 per hour
Associate Interior Designer, Interior Design, $ 100.00 per hour
Associate Interior Designer, Construction Supervision, $ 75.00 per hour
Senior staff, $ 85.00 per hour
Interior Design Assistant, $ 75.00 per hour
6. INVOICING AND PAYMENT. Creative Interiors will submit itemized billings to the client as needed when processing orders and purchasing goods for the project. Itemized billings for hourly charges will be submitted monthly. If a retainer has been agreed to then the retainer amount will be credited to our final invoice.
7. CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. Construction services will be billed at our actual cost plus twenty percent.
8. INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES. Accessories, furnishings, soft goods and other interior design finishes will be billed at our actual cost plus twenty five percent.
